"I’ve been with State Farm for about two years I’ve been paying a lot I was involved in a hit-and-run. I called Tonya left her a message today. Happy here. It is almost 2 weeks later. Never heard anything back. I’m also paying a good amount every month and then they go to tell me I don’t have a rental car on there. So I’ll be dropping them as soon as my claim is finished I liked them and I’m completely screwed a accident that’s not my fault they never reached out or anything very disappointing"

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and I’m saddened to hear this feedback after what I feel has been a positive relationship in the past. I’d like to clarify that my team has been in communication with you more than once in the past week regarding your payments and the claim. However, this type of claim is not handled in our local office, and we rely on our specialized claims department to process these situations. I understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially given that you are facing a hardship through no fault of your own. Please know that we’ve done everything we can to assist you during this challenging time. Regarding the rental car coverage, we want to emphasize that reimbursement is unfortunately not possible for a coverage option that was not selected as part of your policy. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you over the past two years. It’s disappointing to hear that your feelings have changed due to this situation, but we respect your decision and are here to continue to assist.
